Muslims around the world observe holy Eid-ul-Adha after Hajj every year on the 10th of Dhu al-Hajj. Many Muslims sacrifice cows on the Qurbani Eid in the name of Allah.

Tikka Boti

Ingredients: Beef 500 gm (boneless), Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp, Red chili powder 1 tsp, Turmeric powder ½ tsp, Cumin seeds powder ¼ tsp, Salt to taste, oil, Yogurt 2/3 cup

Method: First, take a large bowl and put all ingredients together. Then, mix well and let marinate for 2 hours. Preheat the oven and bake for 15 mins until beef is tender and charred from the edges.

Shami Kabab

Ingredients: Boneless beef 1 kg, channa daal 1/2 cup, dried red chilies whole 10, medium onion 1, ginger 1” piece, garlic 6 cloves

Method: First, take all ingredients except the garnishing ones with beef cubes and boil. Boil until the meat becomes tender and the water dries. Then, grind it finely. After that, add the garnishing ingredients and make flat rounds or other shapes as you prefer. Scrabble eggs into a bowl. Take a pan and put oil on it. Now dip the kabab shapes into eggs and fry in hot oil until they turn brown. Garnish and serve hot.

Easy Keema Naan

Naan dough ingredients: 1 packet yeast, one cup milk, 1 tbsp oil, one tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 4 tbsp yogurt, 1 egg, 700g flour

Keema Stuffing ingredients: 750g beef, 1 onion, 8 cloves garlic, 3 tsp coriander powder, 1.25tsp black pepper, 1 tsp ginger powder, Melted butter

Method: First, prepare the Naan with the given ingredients. Then, make the keema filling. For assembling, divide the Naan dough into 5-6 pieces and fill it with keema. Fry with melted butter and serve hot!

Beef Liver Recipe

Ingredients: Oil ¾ cups, Onion 2 medium, Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp, Red chili powder 3 tsp, Turmeric 1 tsp, Beef liver 1 kg, Dry coriander 1 ½ tsp, Cumin 1 ½ tsp (crushed), Tomato 2 (chopped), Yogurt ¾ cup, Salt to taste

Method: First, fry onion and ginger garlic paste until it has an aroma. Then add liver pieces, red chili powder, turmeric, fenugreek seeds, dry coriander, and cumin. Cook for 5-6 mins covering the pan. Add tomato and yogurt and cook until water dries and the liver becomes soft. Add salt and cook for some time. Finally, garnish and serve.

Beef Mughlai Recipe

Ingredients: 900g Beef, 3 tbsp Oil, 1 & 1/2 cup Onion, Salt to taste, 2 tbsp Pistachio, 2 tbsp Cashew nuts, 2 tbsp Almonds (soaked), 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp White pepper powder, 1/2 Coriander powder, 1/2 tsp Cumin powder, 1/2 cup Cream, 1 & 1/2 cup Milk, 1 tsp Cumin seeds, 2 tbsp Cream

Method: First, make a paste with pistachio, cashew nuts, almonds, and milk. Then boil two cups of water with onion, cumin seeds, and green chilies. Now, make a paste with mixed boiled onion mixture, nut paste, and cream. Mix everything with the beef and cook for 5 minutes. Add water and cook on low flame for 30 to 35 minutes to make the beef tender.

Yakhni Pulao

Ingredients: Yakhni (Stock) Ingredients: 1 lb beef cubes, 6 garlic cloves, 1 tsp whole black pepper, ½ tsp cloves, 2 tbsp saunf, 2 tbsp whole coriander seeds

Rice ingredients: 3 cups rice, 1-inch cinnamon stick, 2-3 cloves, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 1 onion, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 ½ tsp garlic paste, 4-5 Green Chillies, ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp red chili powder, salt (1 tsp + 2 ½ tsp), Oil

Method: First, combine all the yakhni ingredients with 4 cups of water and cook for 18-20 mins. Then prepare the pulao using all the given ingredients. Finally, assemble with Yakhni stock well and serve.

Beef Leg Shank Recipe

Ingredients: 1 kg Beef Shank, 1 cup oil, 1 tsp garam masala powder, ½ cup yogurt, 3 tsp ginger garlic paste, ginger: 5 tablespoons, 1/2 cup finely chopped fried Onions,  lemon as required, 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, 1 tbsp whole garam masala, green chilies, 1 packet paya masala.

Method: First, cook beef shank for several hours with water, whole garam masala, and chopped ginger. When the meat is almost cooked, keep it aside. Now, take another pan, put oil. Next, heat the oil and put the ginger garlic paste, yogurt, and Paya Masala. Then, fry for several minutes. After that, pour the mix onto the previously cooked meat. Add onions too. Now cook on low heat for half an hour. Finally, garnish and serve!

Beef Bihari Boti

Ingredients: Beef half kg, salt to taste, Haldi powder 1 tsp, Kaali mirch powder 1 tsp, Garam masala powder 1 pinch, Kaila 1, Oil 3 tbsps, Hari Mirch on paste 2 tbsps, Papeete paste 4 tbsps, KOila 1, Dahi half cup, Meat tenderizing powder 1 tsp

Method: First, mix beef and Papeete paste and marinate for the whole night. Then cook along with other ingredients for 1 hour.  Finally, it is ready to serve.

Beef Chops

Ingredients: Beef Chops 1 kg, White Cumin 1 tsp, White Vinegar 2 tbsp, Ginger Garlic 1 1/2 tbsp, Oil 1 cup, Green Chili 3 chopped, Red Chili 1 tbsp, milled, Black Pepper 1 tsp, chopped, Lemon 3, Salt as per taste, Coriander 1/2 bunch, for garnishing

Method: First, wash the beef chops and boil with all spices and water. When water gets dry, take away the chops and let them dry. Now, fry the chops until they become brown. When all chops are fried, put lemon juice and green Spices on top and put on the pan for 10 minutes.

Cheesy One Pan Mince Pasta

Ingredients: 1 Tablespoon olive oil, ½ onion, 2 cloves garlic, 500 grams beef mince, ¼ cup tomato paste, 1 ½ cups beef stock, 2 cups dried penne pasta, ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese (or any other cheese)

Method: First, cook beef and then add tomatoes, tomato paste, and beef stock, and stir to combine. Finally, add cooked pasta and serve garnishing with melted cheese.
