A Dhaka University (DU) student died after falling off a building roof of Jagannath Hall of the university this morning.
The deceased was identified as Limon Kumar Roy, 23 who was a third-year student of Institute of Education and Research.
The incident took place around 10 am on Wednesday (November 23). He was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital by some students of the university where doctors declared him dead around 10:30am
Noor Mohammad, officer-in-charge (OC) of Shahbagh police station, said, “We have sent a team of police to the spot soon after hearing the news.”
