Dhaka University Students Association of Lakshmipur last night announced its new leaders making Mosaddik and Zihad president and Secretary respectively.
Newly appointed President Mosaddik Billah of Mass Communication and Journalism and Secretary Maksudur Rahman Zihad of Arabic department are final year student at Dhaka University.
A press release signed by ex president Rashed Hossain, Secretary Ali Mamun and Chief Election Commissioner Tanvir Hasan Soikot confirmed this information.
The release also reads this committee will be in operation for the next one year.
Expressing gratitude, Mosaddik Billah said, “I’m glad to be a part of this organization.”
“I’ll be working for the sake of the students. Previously I carried out my responsibility as a part of the organization and it will continue,” he furthered, adding he will try his best to ensure more students’ enrollment to the institution by driving educational program in district level.
Zihad said, “With the help of the organization members we will conduct socio-cultural program to ensure students’ physiological amplification.”
