In view of a fresh wave of Covid-19, the Cabinet Division has directed all concerned to make mask-wearing compulsory in the public sphere.
The authorities emphasised following government guidelines – including No Mask No Service and social distancing- to contain the spread of coronavirus based on the suggestions pressed by of the National Advisory Committee on Covid-19.
It also encouraged the public to take Covid-19 testing in case of any symptoms including fever or persistent cold.
Legal action has been advised if anybody is found without a mask in shopping malls, restaurants or hotels.
