Information and Broadcasting Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud said on Sunday that the people of the country will force BNP to surrender in Dhaka like Pakistanis on December 10, reports BSS.
"Pakistani occupation forces had surrendered at Suhrawardy Udyan on December 16 in 1971. The countrymen will compel BNP and arsonists to surrender like Pakistanis in Dhaka on December 10 during the month of victory," he said.
The minister said this while addressing a rally jointly organised by Awami League city, north and south district units, at Polo Grounds in Chattogram with AL city unit acting President Mahtab Uddin Chowdhury in the chair.
