Veteran Bangladeshi actor Abul Hayat has returned to the shooting set after recovering from the deadly Coronavirus. He was seen working on the set of an upcoming telefilm, titled 'Baba, Tomake Bhalobashi,' at the capital's Dia Bari region on Friday (June 11).
The one-hour-long telefilm is directed by Prabir Roy Chowdhury. Hayat did not work on any project in the last three months.
The renowned actor told the press that he was recovering from the complications that the coronavirus brought on his health. He was eagerly waiting to get back in front of the camera but waiting to completely recover.
He also mentioned that he does not like sitting at home. He is also hopeful that the audience will like this telefilm.
Two other veteran actors Fazlur Rahman Babu and Mamunur Rashid will also star in the project alongside Hayat and Tasnia Farin.
Previously, Hayat was tested Covid positive and had to be admitted to a hospital back on March 31. His doctors had to be extra cautious while treating him as he had stents in his heart. He was given plasma treatment and sent home within a few days. On April 18 he was tested negative and was resting in his home.
