World-famous YouTuber AcousticTrench took to his official Twitter profile in June 17 and shared the news of his dog, Maple's demise. She was famous for doing instrumental covers with the musician. The news of Maple's death has left netizens around the world heartbroken. Fans of the famous Collie/Golden Retriever/Sheltie mixed breed rescue dog had been sharing their thoughts and prayers all over different social media platforms.
The YouTuber also posted a guitar cover of the famous song ‘What a Wonderful World’ on June 18 and wrote: “Yesterday I had to say goodbye to my best friend. Maple passed away peacefully during the night, while I held her in my arms. We have spent every moment together for over 12 years, doing everything together.”
“I adopted her from a rescue shelter and the first time we met she tackled me, leaping into my arms, wagging her tail so hard and with a smiling face full of love,” he added.
He also wrote: “I feel so lucky to have had her in my life, the bond we shared is indescribable and my heart is aching.”
He thanked Maple’s fans for their constant love and support.
The musician’s YouTube channel boasts 2.5 million subscribers. Maple’s own Instagram account has more than 350,000 followers.
