Critically acclaimed Indian filmmaker and actor Farhan Akhtar will star as a goon turned boxer in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s new film ‘Toofan.’ The official trailer of the film dropped on YouTube on June 30 and instantly went viral over social media.
Farhan reportedly prepared and took intense training for one year for his role in the film.
The film also stars Mrunal Thakur, Paresh Rawal and Supriya Pathak Kapur in central roles. ‘Toofan’ will be premiered on Amazon Prime Video on July 16.
