The Bollywood film "Pathaan" starring superstar Shah Rukh Khan may be making its way to release in Bangladesh.
King Khan’s latest film will reportedly be brought under the South Asian Free Trade Agreement (SAFTA) agreement, and the distribution company in question has already written to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
Confirming the development, a ministry source told the journalists that the decision regarding Pathaan’s release in Bangladesh would be made tomorrow (Tuesday) afternoon following a meeting.
Pathaan, a Hindi-language action thriller cinema, distributed by Yash Raj Films (YRF) is scheduled to be released in India on January 25, 2023, coinciding with the Indian Republic Day.
The film also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham along with a presumed appearance by Salman Khan.
