Chhatra Oikya Parishad for publishing job exam result with marks

Chhatra Oikya Parishad, an organization of job seekers has organized a human chain demanding for publishing the result of job entry exams with the obtaining marks of the candidate.

Its activists made three other demand while holding the human chain at the foot of anti-terrorism Raju Memorial Sculpture of TSC this afternoon.

Their three other demands are to increase the age limit for entering government jobs, to stop corruption and fraud and to decrease the application fee to a maximum of Tk100.

At the event speakers said, the government publishes the result of the job entry exam without mentioning the obtaining score which is a vague process. It must publish the results with the score of the candidates in both preliminary and written part.

Manik Mia, a student of Dhaka University, said at the rally, “We have been holding human chain rallies for a long time to increase the age limit of job seekers. But the government is not paying any heed to our demands.”

Imtiaz Hossain, the spokesperson of the organization, called upon all the deprived students of the country to join this mass movement. He also called on the government to restore their rights.

They said they would hold another rally on January 18 in front of the National Museum in Shahbag demanding the same.
