Army Chief General Waker-Uz-Zaman is set to address the nation around, Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.
The countrymen have been asked to remain patient till then, it added.
Army Chief`s address schedule has been pushed back twice to around 3:00pm and 4:30pm. However, around 3:50pm he told in front of the journalists.
ISPR had earlier said the army chief would deliver the address at 2:00pm.
