Educational institutions in remote areas are yet to keep premises neat and clean up to the mark. However, no case has been reported so far after the reopening, said education minister Doctor Dipu Moni.
She came up with the remark while inspecting Ideal School and College at Jatrabari in the capital on Sunday (September 19).
All educational institutions reopened September 12, although the coronavirus pandemic is yet to be exterminated entirely, but no case has been reported yet. Referring to the situation the education minister said, “No case of infection has been reported so far.”
She emphasized on proper maintenance of safety protocols in a bid to keep educational institutions away from Covid-19.
However, she said, many schools failed to keep campus premises neat and clean. Large institutions in city areas are maintaining all Covid protocols but some in remote areas yet to follow the cleanliness guidelines.
