Bangladesh Prime Minister's visit to India has been officially confirmed by the Indian Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) for the tenure of September 5-8.
Sheikh Hasina, Prime Minister of Bangladesh, will be visiting India, and I am pleased to share that news with you. Arindam Bagchi, a Ministry of External Affairs spokesman, announced this evening that the state visit would take place from September 5 to 8.
In his weekly press conference, he said that Indian President Droupadi Murmu and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar would receive a visit from Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. They will meet for bilateral talks with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina, is supposed to meet Dr. S. Jaishankar, Minister of External Affairs. The prime minister is expected to pay Ajmer Sharif a visit during her three-day official visit.
He elaborated, "The upcoming visit of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina would further improve the diverse connection between the two nations based on historical and cultural linkages and mutual trust and understanding."
