"Bangabandhu had Sheikh Moni, Sheikh Hasina has Jubo League"

Chairman of Bangladesh Awami Jubo League Sheikh Fazle Shams Parash said that the way Sheikh Moni realized there was no alternative to Bangabandhu‍‍`s leadership in building a non-sectarian, democratic Bangladesh, just as the same way Jubo league thinks. 

Jubo League is a non-sectarian, progressive, developing and has no alternative other than PM Sheikh Hasina in building a modern Bangladesh.

On the occasion of the 85th birthday of the founding chairman of Bangladesh Awami Jubo League, Sheikh Fazlul Haque Moni, a program was arranged including paying respect to all the martyrs of 15th August, Surah Fatiha recitation around 9:30 am at Banani Cemetry. A discussion meeting and cultural program was held at 23, Bangabandhu Avenue around 12 pm.

Jubo League Chairman Sheikh Fazle Shams Parash presided over the discussion meeting and cultural program. Members of Awami League Advisory Board, Central 14 Party Coordinator and Spokesperson Amir Hossain Amu, Awami League Joint General Secretary AFM Bahauddin Nasim were present.

The Jubo League chairman also said that martyr Sheikh Fazlul Haque Moni was a fearless leader in the revolution of Bangladesh. One of Bangabandhu‍‍`s main strengths was Sheikh Fazlul Haque Moni. If Sheikh Moni had been alive, it would have been impossible to kill Bangabandhu; The killers of that 1975 knew it well. So they planned to kill Sheikh Moni first. He is also a symbol of loyalty to us.

Amir Hossain Amu said in the speech of the chief guest that Shaheed Sheikh Fazlul Haque Moni was a brave warrior on the one hand and also a brave writer on the other hand. He is not only the founder of Jubo League, but he is one of the leading commanders in changing the course of politics in this country.

In the speech of the honored guest, Bahauddin Nasim said that BNP-Jamaat is the master of apolitical politics in the country. They are illegally putting on strike to destroy the country. Because of their strike-blocking and their misdeeds, people have now learned to hate strikes. The youth of Bangladesh will not allow BNP-Jamaat‍‍`s politics of corruption and sabotage to be established. This is the oath of Jubo League on Sheikh Mani‍‍`s birthday.

In the moderator‍‍`s speech, the general secretary of Jubo League Alhaj Md. Mainul Hossain Khan Nikhil said that the people of the country rejected the illegal strike-blockade of BNP-Jamaat. BNP is no longer on the streets. The people of this country will answer all the conspiracies of BNP-Jamaat nationwide through in the upcoming elections.
