Shakib Al Hasan, captain of Bangladesh won the toss and opted to bat first in their third match of the ongoing ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022 against Zimbabwe at Brisbane.
This is the first time when both teams are taking on each other in a World Cup match.
Zimbabwe won their last match against Pakistan by only a run, Bangladesh lost their last match to South Africa by a big margin.
Bangladeshi team made only one change to their playing XI— replacing Mehidy Hasan Miraz with Yasir Ali.
Zimbabwe also made a change. They brought in Tendai Chatara overlooking Luke Jongwe.
