The JCI Dhaka Achievers, a local organization of the Junior Chambers International (JCI) Bangladesh, recently held their second general members' meeting (GMM) at a Dhaka hotel.
President of JCI Dhaka Achievers 2022 Rakesh Sinha chaired the meeting attended among others by the platform's Vice President Rifat Khandaker, Secretary General Adiba Anzum, Director Irfan Uddin and former president Mahmud Russel, said a press release on Monday.
The executive committee tabled its activity report covering the budgeting as well as future plans, including the induction of new members and sharing the plan of action for projects and events in 2022.
JCI Bangladesh National President Niaz Morshed Elite joined the event as a special guest along with the national governing boards.
Niaz Morshed Elite and Local President Rakesh Sinha handed over the token of appreciation to the best members of this quarter and conducted an induction program for the newly joined members.
During the event, the chapter also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Star Electronics.
JCI is a worldwide organization of young professionals and leaders between the ages of 18 and 40. The JCI Headquarters is in St Louis, Missouri of US and they operate in a total of 120 countries.
JCI Bangladesh operates with around 27 local organizations and a member base of around 2500 with the intention to serve society at the national level.
