Joy greets new era of Metrorail

Sajeeb Wazed, ICT affairs advisor to Sheikh Hasina, took to his official Twitter account on the eve of launching of country's first elevated metro rail service and wrote “Prime Minister #SheikhHasina is scheduled to inaugurate the much-awaited first-ever elevated metro rail on December 28 for commercial operation. Initially, 10-set trains with six coaches will run from Uttara to Agargaon. #Bangladesh's transportation system enters a new era”.

He linked the much awaited metro service as “new era”.
