Former India captain, cricket legend Sourav Ganguly will arrive in Dhaka today to attend the grand launching programme of the DNCC Mayor Cup 2023.
The grand inauguration of DNCC Mayor Cup-2023 Season-2, will be held at Dhaka's Westin Hotel at 3:00 PM and Ganguly will attend the program as the chief guest.
Dhaka North City Corporation has organised the tournament and confirmed arrival of Ganguly.
The players of Dhaka North City Corporation territory will participate in Cricket, football and volleyball matches in the tournaments.
Following his arrival, Dhaka North City Corporation Mayor Atiqul Islam said "I want to thank Sourav Ganguly because he did not take any money to come to the opening ceremony of the Mayor Cup".
