Students took to the streets on Saturday, staging protests and blocking several key intersections in Dhaka.
The demonstrations began at Mirpur 10 circle, where students gathered at noon. By 12:30 pm, Science Lab intersection was blocked as well.
At 1 pm, protesters converged at Uttara Sector 7 center and began marching towards BNS center.
Additional gatherings formed in front of East West University`s gate near Hatirjheel intersection, Bashundhara Residential Area`s main gate, and Jatrabari.
Teachers, guardians, and local residents were also seen participating in the protests, expressing solidarity with the demonstrating students.
