After reaching an agreement to join Abahani Limited for the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League`s second phase, Jamal Bhuiyan is scheduled to depart from the Argentine team Sol de Mayo.
The Abahani director-in-charge, Kazi Nabil Ahmed, confirmed the arrangement with the Bangladesh captain.
"In the second leg, Jamal will play for Abahani. The deal is finalized," Nabil stated to the English national daily Dhaka Tribune on Tuesday.
When Jamal signed with Sol de Mayo in August of last year, he officially began his South American adventure.
On his debut, he also scored a goal to help Sol de Mayo win.
After Jamal joined the Sky Blues this season, Diego Andres Cruciani, the Argentine head coach of Abahani, expressed interest in signing the former disciple.
