The Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) has lowered the price of a 12kg cylinder of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) by Tk65 to Tk1,232.
The new price will come into effect from today.
BERC Chairman Md Abdul Jalil announced the new prices during a virtual press conference today.
Earlier, the commission increased the price of LPG by Tk46 and fixed the price of every 12 kg cylinder at Tk1,297 for the month of December.
