Khaleda Zia’s personal physician and BNP Standing Committee member, Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain, has announced that the BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister will be taken to London for advanced medical treatment.
Dr. Zahid told journalists, “If everything goes well, BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia will be taken to London sometime after midnight tonight or early tomorrow (Friday) morning.”
He added, “The decision to take her to London was made according to the advice of specialist doctors.”
Dr. Zahid shared the information with reporters at Evercare Hospital shortly before 3 pm.
