Gas supply to be disrupted for 6 hours in several areas of Dhaka tomorrow

Titas Gas has announced that there will be a disruption in gas supply for six hours in several areas of Dhaka tomorrow, Sunday, March 16. 

The suspension is due to the relocation of the existing gas line from the alignment of the MRT Line-1 underground stations, specifically near the Airport and Khilkhet areas, as part of a project under the Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited.

The outage will occur between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM, affecting various regions, including the areas around Kamarpura Bridge to Balaka Bhaban. 

Customers in these locations will not have access to gas during this time. 

Furthermore, low gas pressure is expected to persist in several nearby areas, including all sectors of Uttara, Uttarkhan, Southkhana, and surrounding neighborhoods.

Titas Gas authorities have expressed their apologies for the temporary inconvenience this will cause and assured the public that the issue will be resolved as quickly as possible.
