Ovisruti Shastri, former journalist of The Report.live, died in the fire at Green Cozy Cottage on Bailey Road in the capital.
The night before the fire, she had gone to a restaurant in the Green Cozy Cottage building. Tushar Howladar, another former employee of The Report.live, was with her at that time. He also died in the incident.
Ovisruti Shastri was a student of philosophy at Eden Women`s College in the capital. Along with his studies, he was engaged in the profession of journalism.
