Among all the prime ministers worldwide, our prime minister Sheikh Hasina is in the high-security risk, said Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) commissioner Md. Shafiaqul Islam.
He came up with the remark while replying to reporters' queries during a press briefing after inspecting the security system regarding the National Mourning Day at Dhanmondi in the capital on Sunday.
The security system has been tightened. River patrol will also be vigilant. Intelligence forces including SWAT teams are also deployed, Shafiqul Islam said.
Dhanmondi-32 will be open for the public to place wreaths after the president and PM pay their homage on the mourning day.
