The Asian Development Bank (ADB) offered Bangladesh a $338-million in loans for the development of vaccines.
The details were discussed in a meeting between ADB Country Director Edimon Ginting and Planning Minister MA Mannan at the latter`s office in Dhaka on Wednesday, said ministry.
Following the meeting, ministry officials said that half of the amount of the loan will be considered as a soft loan, while the interest of the rest will be slightly lower than the market rate.
