Mild heatwave sweeping over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Panchagarh, Moulvibazar and Feni districts may continue, the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) said today.
BMD also predicted rains and thundershowers in parts of the country.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely at many places in Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet
divisions and at a few places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions, with moderately heavy falls at places over the country
in the 24 hours from 9:00am, BMD said in a bulletin.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
