Ashraful Alam alias Hero Alam is a well-known name on social media. At an event of Abhinoy Shilpi Shongho, theater icon Mamunur Rashid said, `We have fallen into a scarcity of taste. From there emerged a man like Hero Alam. This is the rise of wicked, ill-educated and uncultured. This has become a political problem as well as cultural problem."
Hero Alam came on Facebook Live to express his disapproval of Mamunur Rashid`s remarks, on Monday (March, 27).
Coming on live he said, ``Such a big person like Mamunur Rashid talked about me. It`s fortunate for me. I have spoiled the taste of 18 crore people. Why do people support me?"
"Many people have started their careers and shined in life under guidance like people like you. Although, people like you can give a platform to me but, you will not."
Hero Alam threatened to commit suicide and said, "Why are you people after me? If I give up on my life, you all will be responsible for that. Do you know why people commit suicide? This torture has gone beyond its limit."
He said, `What crime have I committed? If I have spoiled the taste, see TikTok; why can`t you stop them? Do not talk about others. If I commit suicide for these hurtful words people with good taste like you will be responsible for this. Like others, I did not come with rich taste."
