Mia Schem, a 22-year-old Israeli woman and former hostage held in Gaza, has come forward with allegations of rape against a well-known Tel Aviv fitness influencer.

In a recent interview with Israel’s Channel 12, Schem claimed the man raped and drugged her in her own home following her release from captivity.

"This was my biggest fear—before, during, and after captivity," Schem said, according to Haaretz. "And it happened to me after captivity, in what should have been my safest place."

Schem, a dual French-Israeli citizen, said she met the trainer—who is reportedly popular among Israeli celebrities—at a Purim party.

After three training sessions together, he allegedly offered to connect her with a Hollywood producer who was interested in creating a film about her experience in Gaza.

When the producer failed to appear at a planned meeting in a hotel lobby, a second meeting was arranged at Schem’s home.

She recalled that the trainer arrived two hours late and asked her best friend to leave, citing the sensitive nature of the conversation.

Schem said she has no memory of what occurred after that point, but added, “My body remembers.”
