Vaccination registration procedure

ICT Division has developed a mobile application which will be available to smartphone users for registration purposes of vaccination.

The mobile application will allow users to input their data for vaccination.  Director of Management Information System (MIS) has mentioned that around 25 lakh people will be allowed to register every month. Basic details such as Name, Birth date, and NID are required for registration.

In addition, the app is also said to have an option to input comorbidity information for users. For instance, people with Diabetes are considered comorbid.

The mobile application currently at its final stage. Citizens have to visit www.surokkha.gov.bd and input their data in order to register for vaccination.

In the application. the government has classified citizens in 19 categories according to their profession, the applicants have to choose the one which matches them best.
