Protesters vandalized the residence of Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal in Dhanmondi, who was the home minister of recently resigned PM Sheikh Hasina`s cabinet.
Witnesses reported that thousands of demonstrators breached the entrance and entered the minister`s home.
Smoke was seen billowing from inside the house, and acts of vandalism were occurring within the premises.
