In a ceremony that highlighted the significance of language and culture, Chief Advisor Professor Muhammad Yunus unveiled a commemorative stamp, an inaugural envelope, and a seal to mark International Mother Language Day.
The event, held in Tejgaon at the office of the Chief Advisor, took place on Wednesday.
The unveiling was attended by several important figures, including Nahid Islam, the Advisor for Information, Communication, and Technology, Dr. Muhammad Mushfiqur Rahman, the Secretary of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, and S. M. Shahabuddin, the Acting Director General of the Bangladesh Postal Department.
In addition to the stamp for International Mother Language Day, the Chief Advisor also launched a commemorative stamp, envelope, and seal to celebrate the 7th National COMDECA 2025.
Several attendees joined the event, including Muhammad Ehzanul Haq, Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, as well as Mir Mahbubur Rahman Snigdha, the Chief of COMDECA.
