Dhaka University (DU) has canceled the holidays to curb the session jam. Autumn and winter vacations of the university have been canceled for the 2021-2022 academic year.
A press release issued by the public relations office of the university on Thursday confirmed the matter.
“On the occasion of Durga Puja, Lakshmi Puja, Martyred Intellectuals Day, Victory Day and Jesus Christ’s Birthday on 12-15 October, 19 October, 14 December, 16 December, 25 December respectively the university will remain close," the press release read.
