A terrible fire broke out at Madina Sweets Warehouse in Lalbagh of the capital.
The fire incident took place at 1:35 pm on Monday.
According to the fire service, the first unit of the fire service reached there at 1:45 pm after receiving the report of the fire. Rashed bin Khaled, the duty officer of the fire service, said that at least 9 units of the fire service are working to control the fire.
The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage were not immediately known.
