Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina assured that the government will cover all medical expenses for those injured in the violence centering recent quota reform protests.
She also pledged to provide financial support to the families of the deceased, including arranging employment if needed.
Speaking during a visit to the injured at Dhaka Medical College Hospital on Friday (July 26) afternoon.
She emphasized that her government is committed to providing comprehensive medical care to all injured during the week-long violence, irrespective of party affiliation.
She also called for unity against the perpetrators of the violence.
