For this year's Hajj pilgrims, the Health Service Division has created instructions so they are well informed before their trip to Saudi Arabia.
According to a press statement from the health ministry today, the "Hajj Health Guide" contains all the required instructions for pilgrims to follow while they are in Saudi Arabia.
It release added details on medical examinations before the Hajj, a list of essential medications to carry, and instructions for using the medical center, among other things.
The guidelines are available on the website of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Director Hajj Office Ashkona, Dhaka and the office of Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (Haab), the release added.
The age limit for Hajj pilgrims has been lifted by the Saudi government – paving the way for people over 65 and Children below 12 years to perform Hajj, the handout added.
