This year's Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations are starting from 10 am today. 20 lakh 72 thousand 163 students under 11 education boards are participating in this exam. Among them, 10 lakh 21 thousand and 197 are male students, and, 10 lakh 50 thousand and 966 are female students.
The question set code will be announced 25 minutes before the start of the exam. According to the signature of a secretary, tag officer, and police officer, the question paper packet will be opened according to the rules.
According to the decision taken in the meeting of the committee on National Monitoring and Law and Order last Tuesday, the SSC examination will start at 10 am and end at 1 pm. Candidates must enter the hall at least 30 minutes before the examination starts. If an examinee attends the center after that due to unavoidable reasons, his or her name, roll number, time of entry, the reason for the delay, etc. should be recorded in a register, and a report should be given to the concerned Board of Education on the same day.
Anyone other than the persons concerned with the examination (examinees, room invigilators, inspection team of the Ministry, inspection team of the Board, district, and upazila inspection team, members of the law enforcement agencies engaged in security) will be allowed to enter the center.
