Downloading of admit cards for the intake test of first-year honours courses at Rajshahi University (RU) for the 2025-2026 academic session will begin tomorrow (Wednesday).
Concerned students will be able to download their respective admit cards from December 17 to December 22.
The admit cards can be downloaded from the university`s admission-related websites using SSC and HSC roll numbers, passing year and board information.
According to the admission notice, no opportunity will be provided to download the admit cards after the stipulated time.
The notice also mentioned that roll numbers and examination centres for all `A`, `B` and `C` unit applicants will be issued after 12:00 noon on December 17. Collecting admit cards within the stipulated time has been made mandatory.
Director of RU ICT Centre Professor Saiful Islam told BSS that all necessary preparations have been completed to ensure smooth issuance of admit cards so that students can collect them on time.
He said two admit cards - a `university copy` and a `candidate copy` - will be issued for each unit. Candidates must collect both copies and carry them to the examination hall.
During the examination, invigilators will collect the university copy and return the candidate copy after signing it.
Later, successful candidates will be required to present the signed candidate copy during interviews and final admission procedures.
