In a clash between supporters of Argentina and Brazil football teams, at least seven people were injured on Sunday night.
The injured are Mofazzal, 45, Sayem Ali, 55, Amit, 23, Jewel, 35, Shipon, 37, Bijoy, 35, and Chad Ali, 36.
Five of them have been admitted to Kushtia General Hospital.
The clash happened between the two sets of fans and when Argentina won the match.
Later, police reached the spot and brought the situation under control.
Kushtia Model police station Officer-in-Charge OC Delwar Hossain said that there was a fight between two fans over watching the game. Later, additional members of police were deployed.
