A fire broke out on the buildings of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate court (CMM) in Johnson Road.
The fire originated around 1:15pm at the Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court, witnesses said.
Two firefighting units rushed to the spot and are currently trying to douse the flame.
No casualties were reported from the fire yet.
