Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said that it should be seen whether there is any conspiracy by arsonists in the recent fire incidents in various commercial establishments. She also said that Eid gifts have been given to the affected businessmen of Bangabazar.
The Prime Minister said these things in her speech before the exchange of Eid greetings at her official residence Ganabhaban today.
"Those who can burn people can do anything. Be careful about them. It needs to be investigated who are behind all these fire incidents", she added.
Having lost everything, Sheikh Hasina said, "I find my relatives among the people of the country. In my personal life I have no demands. I am good only when the people of the country are good.”
Mentioning that Bangladesh is in a good enough position economically with the support of the people, she said, "The incident of fire in several markets in a row is very sad. Everyone in the society is standing next to everyone according to their ability, I pray that this ability remains."
Later, at the Eid greeting ceremony, she wished everyone ``Eid Mubarak''. After a break of three years due to the pandemic, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina exchanged Eid greetings with party leaders, poets, writers, writers, journalists, teachers and, intellectuals.
