National grid line failure has caused power outage in Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet and Cumilla on Tuesday.
Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) official Shameem Hasan confirmed it.
He said people of many areas of Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet and Cumilla area are not getting electricity since around 2:05 pm on Tuesday due to grid failure.
The officials concerned have fixed the gridline from Jamuna river to Tongi area and they are trying to fix the rest part till writing the news at 4pm.
