Bangladesh captain Najmul Hossain Shanto invited Sri Lanka to bat first after winning the toss in the series deciding third and final T20 today at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium.
The series is locked at 1-1, leaving this game a decider one.
Sri Lanka edged Bangladesh past by three wickets after a thrilling contest in the first match but the hosts leveled the series with an eight-wicket win in the second game.
Bangladesh, however, remained unchanged for its quest to win their first bilateral T20 series against Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka made three changes with regular captain Wanindu Hasaranga coming back to the fold after two-match suspension.
They also included allrounder Dhananjaya de Silva and pacer Nuwan Thushara, replacing Avishka Fernando and Dilshan Madushanka.
Pacer Matheesha Pathirana who got injured in the last game was sidelined for the third game.
