Bangladesh u-17 kicks off AFC qualifiers against host Cambodia

The Bangladesh U-17 national football team is set to face the host nation, Cambodia, in their opening group match of the AFC Asian Cup 2024 Qualifiers tomorrow (Saturday) at the National Sports Complex in Phnom Penh, Cambodia‍‍`s capital.

Kickoff is scheduled for 6 PM (BST).

Placed in Group B alongside Afghanistan, the Philippines, Macau, and Cambodia, Bangladesh will also play their second group match against the Philippines on October 23 at the same venue.

The boys in red and green will continue their campaign with matches against Macau and Afghanistan on October 25 and 27, respectively, at Prince Stadium in Phnom Penh.

The team is eager to make a strong start in the tournament as they aim to progress through the qualifiers.
