Liton Das made his debut in the Indian Premier League (IPL) on Thursday. Litton playing in Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) jersey against Delhi Capitals.
Liton got a chance in KKR`s sixth match on Thursday. Faced the fourth ball of the over at the crease and hit a boundary. He did not get any runs in the next two balls of the same over. Liton Das returned to the pavilion after being cought out in the last ball of the next over.
Cutter master Mustafizur Rahman was not in Delhi Capitals playing squad on Thursday.
KKR faced Gujarat Titans in the afternoon match on April 9. Liton Das arrived in India later that evening.
KKR faced Sunrisers Hyderabad on April 14. IPL fans of Bangladesh thought that Liton will play against Hyderabad in that match. However, he was not seen on the field.
Then, on April 16, KKR did not field Liton even in their fifth match in the 16th edition of the IPL.
