Real Madrid had a rough night at the Santiago Bernabéu as they lost 3-1 to AC Milan.

After a heavy defeat to Barcelona in El Clasico and a disappointing Ballon d‍‍`Or outcome, Madrid was hoping for a big win to get back on track.

But things didn’t go as planned, and they suffered another painful defeat.

This was Madrid‍‍`s third loss of the season. Last season, they only lost two games in total, so this start is a big concern.

The match kicked off with a moment of respect for the victims of the recent floods in Valencia, and Real Madrid came out looking to dominate.

They attacked early, trying to get an early goal.

In the first few minutes, Real had two clear chances to take the lead, but Kylian Mbappé couldn’t convert either of them.

Milan, meanwhile, played a more defensive game and looked to hit on the counter-attack.

Even though Milan didn’t have many chances early on, they took the lead in the 12th minute when Malick Thiaw headed in a corner kick to put Milan 1-0 up.

Real Madrid didn’t waste time trying to respond.

Just a minute later, they had a chance to equalize, but Mbappé and Vinícius both missed. However, in the 23rd minute, Vinícius was fouled inside the box, and the referee awarded a penalty.

Vinícius stepped up and scored with a cheeky Panenka to make it 1-1.

But Milan quickly regained the lead. In the 38th minute, after a mistake by Real’s defense, Álvaro Morata scored off a rebound to put Milan 2-1 ahead.

Just before halftime, Mbappé had another good chance, but Milan‍‍`s goalkeeper, Mike Maignan, made a crucial save to deny him. At the break, Real Madrid was still trailing.

In the second half, coach Carlo Ancelotti made two changes to try and turn the game around.

Brahim Díaz came on for Aurélien Tchouaméni, and Eduardo Camavinga replaced Fede Valverde.

Real came out strong, pushing hard for an equalizer, but they couldn’t find the back of the net.

Milan, on the other hand, continued to look dangerous on the counter-attack.

They created a number of chances, and in the 65th minute, they scored again.

Tijani Reijnders took advantage of another mistake from Madrid’s defense and made it 3-1, leaving Madrid with no way back.

Real Madrid tried to fight back, with Mbappé and Vinícius having more chances, but Milan‍‍`s defense held strong. In the final moments, Antonio Rüdiger thought he had scored for Real, but his goal was ruled out for offside after a VAR review.

The match ended 3-1, and Madrid walked off the field with their second straight home loss.

It was a disappointing performance for Real Madrid, who are now under pressure to improve.

They couldn’t take advantage of their early chances, and their defense was shaky.

AC Milan, on the other hand, were clinical, making the most of Real’s mistakes and showing solid defense.

This loss raises a lot of questions for Madrid’s coach, Carlo Ancelotti.

The team will need to regroup quickly if they want to get back to winning ways and meet the expectations for the season ahead.
