The sale of advance bus tickets has started today in the capital Dhaka ahead of Eid travel. However, on the first day of the ticket sale, there was hardly any rush of ticket seekers.
Concerned authorities said, the demand for tickets on 28 and 30 April is high.
The advance tickets are given from April 26 to May 1. Ticket sellers said, the ticket is being sold out on a first come first serve basis.
Talking to the media Bangladesh Bus Truck Owners Association Chairman Ramesh Chandra Ghosh said, the advance ticket is sold out at every bus terminal and counter in Dhaka city.
