The order was issued by Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge`s Court Judge Md. Asaduzzaman following their surrender and bail request in the case, according to additional public prosecutor Tapash Kumar Pal.
The three leaders were granted anticipatory bail for a period of three weeks following their surrender to the High Court on November 7, said, the defense lawyer Taherul Islam Tauhid at the hearing.
Moreover, the HC ordered them to surrender themselves in to the concerned lower court within three weeks. They appeared before the court seeking bail in the matter, showing their respect for the court.
However, the prosecution, didn`t say anything on the bail petition.
