Crude bombs explode during national election nomination filling

Several crude bombs have been exploded during the filing of nomination papers at the Dhaka Divisional Commissioner‍‍`s office on Thursday. 

However, no casualty was reported in this incident. At this moment, members of law enforcement officials including RAB, police, BGB have strengthened the security system.

According to the witnesses, Jatiya Party MP Kazi Feroz Rashid was preparing to brief the journalists after submitting his nomination at 3:05pm.

The leaders and activists were chanting slogans in support of him. Just as he was about to speak, there were two crude bombs exploded in a span of a minute. He then left without comment, said witnesses. 

Ramna Model Police Station Sub-Inspector (SI) Shafiqul Islam confirmed the matter to the media. 

He said, we came to the spot after hearing the sound of explosion and looking into what happened.
