The ruling Awami League will share 32 seats with Jatiya Party (JaPa) and 14-party partners in the upcoming national polls on January 7.
The Office Secretary of the party, Biplab Barua informed this to the media at Election Commission (EC) on Sunday afternoon.
The party will reserve 26 seats for the Jatiya Party and six for its 14 party partners, he added.
Regarding their party`s candidates, the Awami League officially issued a letter to the EC on Sunday.
The Jatiya Party will contest for 26 seats using their party symbol, although the Awami League has withdrew its party candidates for JaPa.
